Privacy
This notice describes the Click&Trader website and distinguishes website data from data used by the app and Desktop software.
Your contact
The developer identified on the App Store is Thomas Angles d’Ortoli. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights: th.a.dortoli@gmail.com.
Website browsing
Page requests are processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and secure the website. They may include the IP address, browser, URL and request time. This website has no account registration or payment form. Its code includes no advertising or audience analytics trackers.
Investor pitch access
The submitted code is used to check access. After validation, the technical ct_pitch cookie keeps the session open for four hours. It does not contain the access code. A sessionStorage flag records, for the tab session, that the home page has been read. Incorrect attempts are limited by IP address over a ten-minute window, held temporarily in server memory. These processes protect access to the presentation.
iPhone app and Desktop
The app and Desktop software are separate services. The App Store listing declares name, email address and user ID for app functionality. Complete information for those services — providers, legal bases, retention periods and any transfers — must be specified in their own notices. This website notice is not a complete description of those processing activities.
Contact, recipients and retention
If you email the developer, your message and contact details are used to handle your request. Hosting and email providers may process the data needed for their services. Retention periods for hosting logs and correspondence, and provider transfer arrangements, remain to be confirmed by the publisher; this page does not guarantee the absence of logging.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Send requests to the contact above. You may also complain to the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority.
