Mobile app
Click&Trader provides market information and analysis. In manual use, the trader makes decisions and places orders. iOS purchases and subscriptions are governed by the terms displayed on the App Store and the Apple standard licence where applicable. That licence does not govern the Windows software or MimicS.
Local execution and user control
executes rules enabled by the user locally. The trader chooses their environment, permitted strategies, maximum exposure and risk parameters. connects to the platform through MimicS — interface and hardware — or an API where available and permitted. Execution remains limited to the enabled configuration.
Licence and activation
Desktop access is intended for individual use. Unauthorised copying, distribution, resale and licence sharing are prohibited. Reverse-engineering restrictions are subject to mandatory legal exceptions, including interoperability rights. Permitted machine counts and activation transfer procedures will be specified in the licence provided before subscription.
Third-party platforms
Technical compatibility does not constitute affiliation or platform approval. Users must check that their broker or prop firm permits the chosen execution mode. The software does not guarantee account eligibility or payouts.
Risk and availability
Trading involves risk of loss. Past results, demonstrations and practice accounts do not guarantee future results. Network interruptions, price differences, interface changes and malfunctions can affect order transmission and execution. Protection mechanisms do not eliminate these risks. Verify settings in a test environment before live use and monitor positions on your platform. Nothing removes mandatory user rights or statutory guarantees.
Desktop subscription and module
The offer shown on the website is $499 per month including a MimicS module. Before any commitment, the contract documents must specify the seller’s identity, taxes and any fees, renewal, cancellation, applicable withdrawal rights, delivery, module returns, warranties and support. This page does not establish those arrangements.
